LIVE Sale Deposit

This listing is for customers who are either newer shoppers with us, who would like to claim something substantial in price at a vendor show or special event that we are doing a LIVE SHOW at, or who are putting a prearranged significant deposit down on their previous claims from the LIVE SHOWS.

We do this on a case-by-case basis. PLEASE do not be offended if you are asked to do this as it covers both us as a business, and you as a customer in terms of responsibility for an item(s) you are wanting us to obtain and hold for you. This helps to ensure you are guaranteed your item(s). We do NOT require this for our regular LIVE SALES during the week from our store UNLESS you are new and are claiming a significant number of items. WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF IT IS REQUIRED.

For Vendor Shows & Events, the deposit must be paid prior to finalizing the sale on our end during the LIVE SHOW and is absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE as we have used your deposit to purchase your claimed item. You can add on to your claims during the LIVE SHOW and you may be asked to do another deposit if a certain amount is reached which is significantly higher than any current items claimed.

ONLY use this OPTION if we have asked for a deposit during a LIVE SHOW or if we have discussed doing a deposit towards already claimed items.

Fortunately, we don't often have unpaid orders, so this is just a safety net if you are not one of our long time or regular customers. Any deposit paid here WILL absolutely be credited towards your LIVE SALE invoice once it is posted or towards your current open basket if you have one with us.

You will NOT be paying double as this is a deposit is directly applied to your full invoice total. You will only be responsible for the difference once you are done claiming and your invoice is posted. You may be asked to do more than one deposit if you continue to claim items that are adding up to more than the offered deposit amounts.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NORMAL PRACTICE IN OUR INDUSTRY. MANY BUSINESSES IN OUR INDUSTRY REQUIRE A DEPOSIT FEOM EVERY NEW CUSTOMER. WE CHOOSE TO ONLY USE THIS OPTION DURING TIMES DESCRIBED ABOVE.

There will be no shipping cost added to this deposit payment as that will be calculated when you handle any remaining balance from your order. If your complete total invoice is over $144, there will be no shipping cost to you unless an item is claimed that is out of the normal shipping parameters such as VERY large items weight wise or a VERY large items shape wise. We generally always cover shipping costs for invoices over $144, unless it will be something that costs us a high amount to ship due to an abnormal size or weight which is not common.

When purchasing this deposit listing, you are agreeing to forfeit the amount paid if you decide to cancel or not complete the payment for your invoice by the due date or extended timeframe that we agree upon.
